Tim Bell
Vice President
Tim has been involved in many aspects of Arrow’s business over the past 17 years. He is presently responsible for overseeing all Arrow’s trucking services, including its mining and fibre businesses. Tim is a graduate of the University of Calgary’s Bachelor of Commerce program and Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.
Brook Webster
Regional Manager
As Regional Manager for Arrowhead, Brook leads all business units for Arrow Environmental Services. Brook has spent his entire career in the construction sector and has extensive knowledge and skills in all processes and phases of construction projects—from bid preparation and estimates, to development and planning, to project execution and close-out. Brook also brings substantial experience in working with and building capacity in Indigenous communities through community partnerships and Indigenous joint-venture businesses.
Jeff Mayer
Director, Project Development
As Director of Project Development for Arrow Environmental Services, Jeff is responsible for Arrow’s diversification and growth strategy in the organics management and civil construction sectors while also overseeing Arrow’s Indigenous Engagement and Inclusion portfolio. Jeff brings to the Arrow team over 20 years of work experience in construction, project management, supply chain, logistics, and facility management. In addition to his strong operations background, Jeff has an excellent track record of developing new projects and maintaining customer relationships having successfully focused the past 5 years on the growth of Arrow’s organics management and civil construction portfolios. Jeff is a graduate from Simon Fraser University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Brad English
Manager, Project Development
Brad has been immersed in residuals resource management operations for more than a decade and has developed several innovative and industry disrupting projects that have revolutionized the scale, scope, and approach of resource recovery programs. In his new role, Brad will be focused on continuing to build AES’ position delivering sustainable organics-management solutions to meet our customers’ waste-management and circular-economy goals and objectives.
